" Journalism is what maintains the democracy it controls the mind of peoples."

HISTORY OF KASHMIR:
In the northern part of India, Kashmir which is famous for art and culture but due to conflict between India, Pakistan and china .this landlock region is suffering from politics and diplomacy.
let's understand why Kashmir is important for India or Pakistan? why this landlock, a Himalayan state in world news?
Kashmir situated in the sensitive geopolitical region where it's connected with Afghanistan, China and Pakistan.
in ancient time, Kashmir was a major place of silk trade route which connects Europe to the Indian subcontinent.
In 1947, Kashmir had a king who belonged to the Hindu religion but mostly population belong to Muslim majority.kashmir's king decided to join India and became an integral part of India.
they joined India in some condition which was the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. India mentions special status for Jammu and Kashmir in article 370 on the constitution but it was a temporary provision.
Now, BJP govt (right-wing govt) abrogation of article 370 and Kashmir and Ladakh became two new union territory. it was core agenda in BJP manifesto.
In this article writer criticised broadcast media who become government monopoly and mouthpiece. he said that Indian nation media plunging into the patriotic duty of drumming up blind support for government. it defines our media in the epoch of hypernationalism.

CONCLUSION:
"Journalism is necessary to the functioning of democracy.we are supposed to always in check and balance"

Concept of Mhabharat

I think most people assume that mahabharat is an epic which potrays war between brothers, relatives etc and politics , greed , ego etc etc .
But here is something we should understand
Sanjay, at the end of the war went to the spot where the greatest war took place; Kurukshetra.
He looked around and wondered if the war really happened, if the ground beneath him had soaked all that blood, if the great Pandavas and Krishna stood where he stood.
“You will never know the truth about that!” said an aging soft voice.
Sanjay turned around to find an Old man in saffron robes appearing out of a column of dust.
“I know you are here to find out about the Kurukshetra war, but you cannot know about that war till you know what the real war is about.” the Old man said enigmatically.
“What do you mean?”
The Mahabharata is an Epic, a ballad, perhaps a reality, but definitely a philosophy.
The Old man smiled luring Sanjay into more questions.
“Can you tell me what the philosophy is then?”
Sanjay requested.
Sure, began the Old man.
The Pandavas are nothing but your five senses,
Sight,
Smell,
Taste,
Touch
and Sound…,
and “Do you know what the Kauravas are?” he asked narrowing his eyes.
The Kauravas are the hundred vices that attack your senses everyday but you can fight them… and do you know how?
Sanjay shook his head again.
“When Krishna rides your chariot!”
The Old man smiled brighter and Sanjay gasped at that gem of insight.
Krishna is your inner voice, your soul, your guiding light and if you let your life in his hands you have nothing to worry.
Sanjay was stupefied but came around quickly with another question.
“Then why are Dronacharya and Bhishma fighting for the Kauravas, if they are vices?”
The Old man nodded, sadder for the question.
It just means that as you grow up, your perception of your elders change. The elders who you thought were perfect in your growing up years are not all that perfect. They have faults. And one day you will have to decide if they are for your good or your bad. Then you may also realize that you may have to fight them for the good. It is the hardest part of growing up and that is why the Geeta is important.
Sanjay slumped down on the ground, not because he was tired but because he could understand and was struck by the enormity of it all.
“What about Karna?” he whispered.
“Ah!” said the Old man. “You have saved the best for last. Karna is the brother to your senses, he is desire, he is a part of you but stands with the vices. He feels wronged and makes excuses for being with the vices as your desire does all the time.
“Does your desire not give you excuses to embrace vices?”

About Indian temples

There are many mind blowing facts about Indian temples but very few which I know are.

Stone chain :
This stone chain is in Kanchipuram Varatharajar temple. We can make chains in metal by interlinking one on another. But how could they do it in stone?
A stone ball :
A stone ball inside a pillar. We can touch it, move it and play with it. But we cannot take it outside. Then how they kept it inside?
Musical step :
This musical step in Darasuram temple in Tanjore in which you can hear the sapta swara from each step. If you put a stone in first step and it fells down to consecutive steps you can hear the swaras. Each step is related to a swara.

Padmavati: a Warrior

when we think about our rich history, women of ancient India have warriors. padmavati was among the greatest warrior of Rajputana who sacrifices her life for the dignity of women.
in ancient India when Mughals came to India to snatch resources and land. they did many ridiculous things with Indian women . when a king (Rajput) lose a battle with Mughals then Rajputana women did not want to go with  Mughals.
according to historian rani, Padmavati and many other Rajput' wives jumped into fire pond. that's called ' JOHAR'.
as per my opinion in upcoming Padmavati movie which is going to be released very soon describes braveness of RAJPUTANA though Sanjay Leela Bhansali is a talented director and he may have a good knowledge about Hindu mythology but he also gave a statement in a public domain that in his movie there is no any  intimate scene between  Padmavati and khiliji.
so I think it is the pride of every Rajput and  Indian who believes in Indian culture.
in a trailer, there is a dialogue as
" Rajputana talwar se jyda takat Rajputana Kangan m hai "
                           JY RAJPUTANA
